Welcome to Seaforth Little Athletics Club
We are part of the Manly Warringah Little Athletics Centre (MWLAC), one of the oldest and largest Little Athletics centres in Australia.
Seaforth Little Athletics supports the Little Athletics NSW mission statement – to provide the community with recreational athletics activities that contribute to the healthy development of our children. Such activities will promote:

- Fitness
- The building of character and self esteem
- The fostering of good sportsmanship

Our club strives to help athletes reach their full potential in an enjoyable atmosphere in a wide range of activities. Training is held Wednesday evenings at Seaforth Oval, 5:30-7pm, and competition is held on Saturday mornings (as well as the occasional Friday evening) at the Sydney Academy of Sport – Wakehurst Parkway Narrabeen.
We have a great end of year pizza/presentation evening.
Our athletes come from the local area and attend a wide range of schools so even if you don’t have a friend to join up with, you can meet new people and make new friends.
